**Certified Nurse Midwife Opportunity at Central Vermont Medical Center**


**Location:** Central Vermont Medical Center, a cornerstone of community health and wellness.


**Position Summary:**

Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife to join our collaborative healthcare team. This vital role involves working closely with our physicians to offer comprehensive care to midwifery patients across a spectrum of services, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecology, and labor management and delivery. The successful candidate will operate within the Medical Staff Bylaws, adhering to the scope of their licensure and certification, to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.


**Minimum Requirements:**

- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nurse midwifery.

- Hold an RN license with a current Vermont License endorsed as a certified nurse midwife.


**Experience:**

- While we welcome all passionate certified nurse midwives to apply, a clinical background of three to five years as a nurse midwife is preferred.
