The UVM Health Network features more than 1,500 physicians and advanced practitioners whose comprehensive clinical expertise and knowledge span the entire spectrum of specialty, surgical, primary and pediatric medicine. Our expansive system provides physicians and advanced practitioners with opportunities to practice and teach in virtually any specialty area and within a wide variety of clinical settings.
As a UVM Health Network physician, you’ll be part of a faculty staff, training residents and fellows from across the globe and teaching medical students from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont. Our hands-on training and teaching environment allow us to expand and share our medical knowledge through didactic education, on-site clinical training and leading-edge research.
Innovation starts with research, but our collaboration is what allows us to advance innovations to improve the delivery of health care. Clinicians throughout the UVM Health Network Medical Group are working together, equipped with health care data and scientific research, to evolve the way we deliver medicine locally and globally. Our discovery happens everywhere in our system, from our clinics to our hospitals and our data and research centers to our Healthcare Innovation Collaborative Co-Laboratory (hiCOlab), where we’re using input to implement practice innovations.
